LA JUSTICIA DEJO FUERA DE JUEGO A ENRIQUE MERELAS Y SU COMISIÓN DIRECTIVA ANULANDO LA ASAMBLEA CELEBRADA EL DÍA 16 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2012 DEBIDO A LA CONSTATACIÓN DE IRREGULARIDADES DENUNCIADAS A TRAVÉS DEL PEDIDO DE IMPUGNACIÓN DEL DR. GABRIEL BRAN EN DICHA ASAMBLEA.
TAMBIÉN LOS SACO DE JUEGO EN CUANTO A LA ASAMBLEA QUE DE MANERA IMPROVISADA PRETENDÍA HACER ESTE DOMINGO 19 DE MAYO CON ÚNICO MOTIVO ENCUBIERTO DE EXPULSAR A SOCIOS DE LA OPOSICIÓN.
ADEMÁS LA JUSTICIA DA UN PLAZO DE 30 HÁBILES PARA PARA CONVOCAR A UNA NUEVA ASAMBLEA ORDINARIA (incluyendo elecciones) Y REGULARIZAR LOS LIBROS DE SOCIOS.
SEÑOR ENRIQUE MERELAS Y COMISIÓN DIRECTIVA,USTEDES SE JACTABAN DE QUE PORVENIR PARA TODOS NO QUERÍA IR A ELECCIONES?
CON EL MAYOR DE LOS RESPETOS Y CON LAS GARANTÍAS ESTATUTARIAS DE SU DESARROLLO..... EN LAS URNAS LOS ESPERAMOS!!!
